Production time: 7–15 business days

• Every JWLS piece is handmade to order in my Buenos Aires workshop, cast in 925 sterling silver using the lost-wax method. Production takes up to 15 business days to allow for casting delays. My current average is about 7 business days. I also keep a small stock of selected designs that ship faster.
• Once your piece is ready, I ship it within 2 business days via FedEx or DHL. Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days. Shipping is a flat $28 USD worldwide.
• Total time from order to delivery: about 11 to 22 business days.
• You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
• International orders may be subject to import taxes or customs fees set by your country. These are paid by the customer.
• JWLS covers lost packages. Please let me know within 30 business days of the shipping date, and I will track your package and replace your order if needed.
