All pieces are made to order and crafted with care. I strive to represent each design accurately on the website, but colors and textures may vary slightly due to natural materials and craftsmanship.

Orders
Orders are confirmed once payment is received. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate information and follow the order process outlined on the site.

Payments
Payments are processed securely through the platform of your choice. Full payment must be completed before production begins.

Shipping
Once your piece is ready, I will ship it via FedEx or DHL and provide a tracking number. International customers are responsible for any import taxes or additional fees. I take responsibility for lost packages; please notify me within 30 business days of shipping so I can track and replace your item if needed.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with your piece, you may return it within 15 days of receiving it, provided it has not been worn and is in its original packaging.
Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for returns.
Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item has a manufacturing defect.
